Been waiting for a response for over a week in regards to one of the thermostats not running the schedule correctly. Never heard back.

I am amazed by these thermostats and love the easy programmability and how well they function. I had had Nests previously, but I am so glad to have switched to Honeywell...they are far better than expected.

I installed it myself and didn't take more than 10 minutes. Aft e r activating and downloading the App, I can now control the thermostat from my phone even when not at home.

The thermostat app does not work good. Thereâs no point getting smart thermostats if they donât work with the app. I have had nest before and it never gave me issues.

Honestly really like it, attractive interface, easy to use. One downside is the touch screen is kinda a dud. I have to press way too hard
