I like the unit. However the instructions for the 9000 did not make it clear that if itâs hooked up to the Internet or Wi-Fi that change for date and time as outlined in the manual does not work.

I am a contractor & have used many Honeywell 9000 Wi-Fi tstats in the recent past for customers as well as using this model personally. Ease of operation, installation & serviceability. Only dislike is lack of heat/cool mode (auto changeover).

Easy to program the unit. Only problem I encountered is accessing the Honeywell web site. Data entry was difficult, site needs to be more user friendly.

Love that we could change the temperature on our phone which avoid us from going up the stairs. Love the different color options too!

I plan on returning this immediately. The point of this system was to be able to save money by being able to use it remotely by app. I've only had it a few weeks and it does not work.
