I already had a functioning thermostat, but that was so difficult to see and change. I specially ordered this one because it's soooooo easy to program. You clearly see your options and the touch screen makes it easy to walk through the schedules.

I would like to see if there is a way to keep the temperature History since this is a Nursing home we are regulated by CMS and some time we get people that complain to CMS and if we have some kind of log directly from the thermostat would be helpful.

We have had it only a month, cannot vouch for long-term stability. It does pull local temperature and humidity from the web.
