Easy install. Easy software too. I love the backlit screen and the screen color choices. I also love the remote control ability to save money when I am away and still return to a comfortable home. This is the best thermostat I have ever owned.

While I’m happy with my AC/Heater install, not so much with the thermostat. The issue is it continues to go “offline” so from the mobile app it’s unuseable. I have a great wireless router and even upped my internet by double which works like a charm, yet this thermostat continues to fall offline. Mind you my house is only 1450 sq ft. I’m not sure what the issue is, but this is the reason I didn’t go with nest because the AC company said near tends to have internet/connection issues so I went with Honeywell
Instead. It does look great and feels nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I can’t use it. I have a dog that stays indoors so I have to constantly monitor the temperature through the app and a good portion of the time it falls offline. Other than that no issues with this thermostat.

The thermostat is easy to use if you like to manually override temperature and the visual is very clear. The mobile app could be improved. It has a bit of a delay connecting and isn't as responsive as others I have used.

Overall pretty good. Nice to have the WiFi feature and it was cheaper than a Nest or the like.
Works well. My only complaint is the interface on the app. It is a little clunky. Why not have it look and function just like the Thermostat display? That way I don't have to learn two interfaces.

Nice looking and intuitive, however touchscreen very stubborn and need to press several times to get to where you want. In some cases need to walk away and try again later or use your phone to operate.
