Cant get schedule to come up on app. Every once in a while thermostat doesnt receive commands from app

Simple install. Simple setup. Simple operation. I have this installed in a house I have on the market that people visit when I'm not around. The fact that I can connect to it and adjust settings before and after someone has been there is awesome.

If I had use of a small soldering iron I could have toned the used wires and made the reuse of them much easier. A couple of them were hard to keep in place.
