The thermostat seems to be working as expected. I like the flexibility of the access from my computer and smartphone. I also like the feature of notifications of hi or low temperatures. Could prevent a unexpected disaster when away from home.

Frankly the biggest challenge was getting up the nerve to do the swap. Once I removed the old one and added BACK the 5th wire (my previous T stat was a 4 wire) the whole thing was done in minutes! THIS WAS EASY!

I use the app on my iPhone mostly to raise the temperature before I get home. It works 50% of the time. Not a happy camper.

Easy to program. Works great with Rinnai heaters and this replaces Rinnaiâs own thermostat which comes with some of their heaters.

Very happy with this thermostat. I really enjoy the fact I can set daily schedules and adjust the temps for a certain time of the day.
