We purchased 6 units and 4 have sensor problems. Units need replacing so not very happy about this.

I am a retired heating and cooling service tech, I’ve installed hundreds and hundreds of thermostats over the years. Always liked Honeywell thermostats, this one is no different, love the Wi-Fi and Alexa connection To thermostat. To this point it has been an excellent thermostat both mechanically and aesthetically. Definitely recommend.

Good product, terrible touch screen

The features are good. The touch screen is the biggest problem. It is not like a normal touch screen that you can put your finger on and it registers the touch. For some reason this touch screen has to be pushed hard before it recognizes a finger (some times) or even touch pen, on it. This above all makes the product hard to use, even when doing something simple like changing the temp a few degrees.

Constantly reboots

I bought two of these to replace two existing because I wanted the touch screen. What I found is both of the new ones cycle off or reboot many times throughout the day. I contacted customer support only to be told I should call an HVAC company. I was going to replace the one in our vacation home with one of these as well but believe I'll be better served in trying a different brand.

We use this thermostat and the Ecobee 3 . The Ecobee is by far a superior user experience and provides greater insights into your home heating and cooling cycles and capabilities
