It is easy to use self-explanatory and looks clean and nice. They're certain function of Nest that I like but I'm happy with the Honeywell one

I was having trouble getting imy heat pump to initiate the second stage of the compressor in heat mode, and after following the customer service techs advice to switch a few wires, it stopped working all together. I just bought a different brand
