Iâm a contractor and did myself, My AC did not have the C wire connected but the wire was there so setup was a snap. My home has never been this easy to manage.

This is a very convenient programmable thermostat. The only issue that I experienced was twice when a power outage occurred in the neighborhood, the thermostat would not automatically restart. It had to be manually reset then restarted.

Sometimes canât set it remotely because it says no internet connection when in fact I do have a connection.

Unclear I had to manually change between heat and cool systems despite features to set both on schedule. Worthless unless I manually select heat or cool.

Love the thermostat! I have Nests x 3 in my other house and like this one much better. The app is also much more intuitive
