Purchasing the Honeywell programable thermostat was a great idea. It is easy to install and navigate. There are a variety of display colors to choose from. It works with both android devices and iOS as well. Highly recommend!

So many times during the changing of the season we forget to change the thermostat in the house to heat or cool. Was awesome sitting in my office across town and able to change the mode and return home to a comfortable house

I love this product, however to get tech support which is a touch and go.
Waiting for over 45 minutes and just hanging up.
When I did get help the person was so rude on the phone.

Not recommend for bedroom use

The 9000 was easy to install and works well. I installed it in the master bedroom. My concern is that the screen can not be dimmed at night. It is as bright as a small night light. I've had to make a cardboard cover to go over the screen at night. I've changed the screen color to black and white and that helped a little. I see that this is an ongoing complaint from other reviews. Honeywell engineers should take this into consideration on the next version.

Every night around 2:30am the thermostat turns bright while it updates. Every night!!! You think they would do this during the day.
