Thermostat is not working correctly. In programmable mode it was not turning on or off heat at the temps set. It would not let me turn up the heat and override. Then I took it off of programmable mode and still when I set to 70 it would only heat 66

I am the contractor who purchased the t-stat from one of my suppliers and subsequently installed it myself. It does exactly what I want it to do.

Nice to have access on iPhone. App is but primitive and needs revamp. Should have push notifications and easier programming. Wish ad for other product was buried in settings more instead of on home page

I had to send it (model 9320) back. It malfunctioned repeatedly. I bought a model 9580 which is working well. Install was a breeze as it was a Honeywell to Honeywell upgrade from a 5 year old green screen model.

I canât get the outdoor portion of the thermostat to work. Otherwise itâs great.

Previous had a COR THERMOSTAT and like the fact that the backlighting turned off after a while and automatically came on if you walked by it or approached it. the 9000 series stays on all the time.

It is too sensitive. You cant program how much temperature swing you want. Factory setting seems to be one degree. That is too little why not make it customizable
