Great but pricey for the NMC!

These new models have exceptional run time and are packed with features. However, this one is nearly twice as much as the model that doesn't include the Network Management Card. Make sure you absolutely need it otherwise the other model may be a better choice until the price comes down on this one.

Config utility could be great

Documentation is sparse as we can't find the IP Address update FAQ. The config utility finds the MAC, then you can set the IP, Subnet, etc.. That works well. However you cannot change the IP in the future with this utility, nor will it find the device once it's IP is set. There is supposed to be a FAQ on how to do this, but we can't find it. We have many different models of APC products in our data center, and same issue. APC you could update that utility to find all the APC products or heck even all IP's that can be seen and let your utility change IPs of your UPS units from there. Would be a great utility if that worked.
Cons: Difficult Management
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
