Disappointed. Pretty expensive chair. Loose pieces and not very comfortable. Wanted it to help my back and doesn’t

We think the chair is very comfortable and we really liked our salesman who helped us choose this chair. We also liked buying the 3 year protection plan.

I need the benefits of an ergonomic chair. There are many different options to get the best fit for my back and hips. The cloth and leather composition provide support and cushioning for sitting more straight up as I need to do.

Bought this chair as a gift for my sister. She loves it. It was easy to assemble took maybe 20 minutes max. Good value for price.

Chair is comfortable and good for the price. Assembly was annoying especially for a chair.
