I've had this chair for 2 weeks now and so far so good. One thing I will be looking at is the support. I'm not a heavy man. I weigh 175lbs. It doesn't feel as supportive since I purchased it. We will see.

I have had several back surgeries and all of the other chairs I had in the past were not comfortable..this chair does not just give you support but also is very padded

Great chair...super comfy...had slight problem with one of the arms and product brands services took care of it quickly and efficiently....so happy with color and comfort of chair...highly recommend

It's comfy and has exactly the right height needed for use with my desk. The only problem I had with it was the assembly. It ain't easy. The caster wheels in particular were a supreme pain to push into the wheel openings. There didn't seem to be any trick to how to do it; I spent multiple minutes trying to push them in and then they would just...go in.

Fit and Finish is 1st class. Chair is comfortable with a firm feeling. No squishy feeling. Like the arms that can pivot away from chair easily. Assemblage was easy but with trouble spots- except I used a real hex socket- the supplied allen wrench did not have enough torque to fully screw down the screws. One hang up was the wheels - I actually had to use a rubber mallet to get them on. Up and down is a breeze and the tilt back is fine with an adjustment. My back now has a firm support- No lumbar adjustment but it seems fine as it is. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because of some of the hangups with the assemblage- Some screws would not have been completely seated unless I did you a hex socket.
