I find most chairs lean too far back to be comfortable. This one sits up straight without reclining and it looks nice too. A little challenging to put together but it can obviously be done.

The chair is comfortable. I would prefer that the tilt tension be able to adjust to a little lighter than possible. I like the feature that allows to arms be be tilted so the chair can be placed beneath the desk without interference.
