Chair was great for 2 weeks and now every time I sit on it it sinks all the way down. I'm less than 200 pounds so I know it's not me. Used it 3-4 hours a day. Would have been very happy it it would just stay in the proper position.

Purchased for it's comfort BUT.... I had it assembled by STAPLES. Not sure if it's a design flaw but apparently the screws to hold the arms are easily stripped. I noticed the left arm was loose so I tried to tighten it. I found every screw was stripped. I returned it and decided to purchase a different chair.
