Super comfortable. Great price! Only thing I will mention was negative was after putting the chair together I sat in it and it was very uncomfortable. It pushed me forward and was the not the same comfort I had when I tried the showroom floor model (which is why I bought the chair in the first place) So I ended up taking my new assembled chair to the store and I swapped them for their floor model. Maybe QC at the factory can find out why the leather and padding for this chair was different than the floor model. The difference in comfort was huge. I had the manager of the store sit in the new one I brought to the store and he felt the same as I did. But I'm very happy because i got the comfy one from the floor!

IT STARTED OUT AS A GOOD PURCHASE. LOOKS GOOD. GOOD PRICE THE PROBLEM IS WHEN YOUR SITTING IN IT YOUR SITTING DOWNHILL. I TRIED THE SEAT ADJUSTMENT AND IT DIDN'T HELP.

This chair is very comfortable with a lot of support. My only complaint is that it is not the easiest thing to put together. When you get ready to put the back on you will definitely need another person to help.
