Chair is great but I was mislead when ordering.

Would like to start with the chair itself is awesome. Easy to read instructions and even easier assembly. Took me only 30 mins to put it together. The chair is very comfortable and allows for easy entry and exit of the chair. The part I felt I was mislead was when I went to the store to buy the chair. I was told they were in stock but come to find out they were out. So I’m then asked to place the order for home delivery in-store and was told it would be available for next day delivery. It wasn’t till I checked out that I realized i was charged an extra $10 over advertised price. The worst part is the order was placed on Thursday was told on the email confirmation that I would receive it Monday. Then to be told it would not arrive till Tuesday. This whole interaction left me feeling mislead in multiple occasions. I’m leaving 3 stars because the chair was truly great. Just not satisfied with my interactions to get it.

Great chair. during assembly it was evident that one of the captured female threaded fasteners was not on axis. Work out fine but factory tolerances need to be checked.

As a 5’1” woman I find it difficult to find a chair that fits! Either the chair has to be a small chair with very little back height to have a seat that measures the length of my thighs or I have to sit forward on larger chairs so I have no back support from the chair at all … neither are ideal! This chair was made with me in mind! I highly recommend it :-)

Great chair!! Easy to assemble!! Very comfortable! My favorite feature is the optional arms! Not many chairs that I’ve seen have the swinging back arms. Great for when you want to tuck it under your desk!

I have not had the chair for long but so far it is working out well. Assembly was pretty straight forward. My concern is for the quality of the bonded leather which appears to be quite thin and my not be durable. Folding arms is a good feature.
