I am very happy with my new desk chair. Even better is the fantastic service I received in the store. The two ladies that helped me really were willing to do as much as they could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer -- I am!

I use this chair at my built-in kitchen desk so the flip up arms are a favored feature. I previously owned the Torrent chair but it was much too large for me and for the space. I added a lumbar pillow to comfortably use the Torrent. This Sorina chair is smaller and a much better fit. The quality is about the same as chairs that I previously purchased from Staples. I spring for the extended warranty when purchasing these office chairs.

Very comfortable. Good quality. Adjustment height lever is a little hard to reach when trying to elevate seat from sitting position.
