I love how high the back comes up and makes it much easier to sit at my desk all day. I wasn't planning on buying a new chair but when I sat on it I had to have it. I also like that the arms fold back so i can get closer to my desk if I need or want to

The chair felt really comfortable when I tried it in the store. I especially liked the back and the fold-away arm rests. However after having it in my office only 2 days I had to return it. The seat cushion was hard and I felt like I was sitting on the metal bracket underneath. Still struggling with lower back pain and sciatica as a result. Improvement in the cushion materials would make this a winner.
