This is a good looking and sturdy chair but I have found after sitting for a couple of hours that it could use more cushioning on the seat as it goes a bit hard and flat. HOWEVER don't buy this chair if you are not mechanically inclined and don't own a set of drill bits as the threaded inserts in the seat bottom and back are not precisely aligned with the hole spacing in the arms - thus preventing assembly unless you drill out the holes in the arms to allow for the misalignment. Also the locking material applied to the threads of the supplied screws makes rotating the screws with the provided Allen wrench nearly impossible. I was only able to fully tighten the screws using a power drill fitted with a 5mm Allen driver.

The chair is comfortable and we did get it on a deep discount. However the process of putting it together was very difficult (and I have put many office chairs together). One screw will not stay in - the threads were shredded (I believe) before we received the chair. Overall it is a comfortable seat and has movable arm rests which I wanted. I am hopeful it will not completely fall apart soon...
