Chair came instructions not clear on how to **easily** merge the backrest arms and base. Bad screw holes on left and right sides made screwing in arms more difficult than it should have been. Called support number for assembly very professional but DID NOT solve issue; chair back is on backorder with no ETA. Ungood experience.

This is the third time I am buying this chair as it is an amazing quality support chair for the price. One for each for 2 of my sons and now I bought one for me. Unfortunately each of the times I had to put the chair together it was a difficult task. Everything is simple except getting the arms connnected. The leather is poked open where the screws go in but they are not aligned. Also the screws are difficult to catch and align. On 2 of the chairs I have to buy shorter screws for 1 of the arm connections as the original screws going in got stripped because getting them to align properly was difficult and stripped the screws trying to get the last one in.
