Crappy Chair customer service did not solve issue

Chair came instructions not clear on how to **easily** merge the backrest arms and base. Bad screw holes on left and right sides made screwing in arms more difficult than it should have been. Called support number for assembly very professional but DID NOT solve issue; chair back is on backorder with no ETA. Ungood experience.

So far the chair itself is great. Comfortable and I love that the height and arms are adjustable. Trying to put the chair together myself was a little challenging. I recommend not using the silver screw covers. It looks nicer in the end sure but if you want to tighten the arms at any point you won’t be able to once you put on the covers. (I’m leaving mine off).

I tried out all the chairs at the store and this one immediately felt the most comfortable for me without any adjustment other than height. Which is amazing since that's about the ONLY adjustment you can make. I'm a BIG guy. Now that I've sat in it at home I am still very happy. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushion tilt. It seems too be angled a bit down toward the front. Perhaps a shim or two for the front two bolts would help. All-in-all a great value for me.
