Super Comfortable! Very nice chair. The only downsides to this chair is that it doesn't rock very far back or forward (could be operator error) and the arms are not adjustable up and down.

Chair is okay not great. Arm wrests are cheap and flex a lot but reasonably comfortable. Still waiting on my refund for the chair that I ordered and was subsequently canceled. Been waiting for the refund for almost 3 weeks. I won't be shopping at Staples again needless to say. Disappointed overall with the experience.

Honestly I bought this because it was on sale. I only needed something to plant myself on in my home office. I am also a 6’5”/330lb man to put things in perspective. This chair is sturdy and very comfortable I can sit in this chair for hours without any discomfort and have even brought it up from my office to watch movies or TV because it is more comfortable than my recliner (better back support).

Self assembly is no problem however quality is questionable. Day 2: spring is popping up and I keep pushing it back in?

This chair is extremely hard and uncomfortable. It has NO lumbar support of any kind despite Staples claiming it in the first line of product description. The construction of the chair is incredibly cheap. The silver paint has already rubbed off in multiple spots after two days of light use the quilted back is so under padded the material on top already has ripples and lack of padding is an issue throughout the chair - except in the uncomfortable pillow that is under your thighs and is so tall you will end up putting your legs on either side of it due to it being so uncomfortable. Back will hurt after a couple of hours of using this chair. If there was a Staples anywhere near me I would return this chair immediately....but its not worth my gas or time so this piece of chinese junk will go into the trash where it came from. Save your money for literally ANYTHING else from somewhere else. Seriously this is a terrible chair. This is not a deal.
