It's a little early to say much as I have only had this chair a bout a week. I like it as of today. I just wish the seat was a little bigger (longer) the wheels move very easy.

This is a good buy very comfortable. The high back makes makes it easier to sit longer and with the arms that lift it’s easier to get in and out of the chair if you’re in a tight space.

The chair looks great. The chair has nice features like being able to lift the arms so you can fit closer to a desk. I also like that the seat is designed to be comfortable with the the special padding for your legs.

Looked good at Staples store but...........

Spent two hours working with the problem of misalignment in screw positions on seat . Attempted repositioning without success. Problem is that seat is not properly positioned - angled by small margin. Unacceptable as it affects back support (now off skilter). Manufacturer should be alerted to this problem. Will return to Staples tomorrow. Not sure I want to deal with this product again. Purchased June 29 2018.
