The chair is poorly constructed. I didn't take insurance & I can make it work for me so I will not return it. The bolt holes in both the back & seat are not even so it makes the chair a little crooked. If it were in the public eye I would have taken it back insurance or not.

The quality of the materials and the look of the chair are very nice. The fabric/leather is soft and comfortable. However it does not offer great lumbar support. I'm someone who alternates between sitting and standing at my desk and sitting in this chair has unfortunately brought back my back pain. It's a shame since it's so nice otherwise.
