Chair appears to be well made and sturdy. Flip uo arms are a plus to allow the chair to slide under a desk.when not in use. Because I have Engineered vinyl plank flooring I replaced the 5 standard hard plastiic casters with ones designed for all types of "Hardwood Floors". No reflection of the quality of the supplied casters but they are not reccomended for this type flooring unless you use a Mat. The casters were on Amazon as: STEALTHO Replacement Office Chair Caster Wheels Set of 5 - Blue Polyurethane - Universal Stem 7/16 inch by STEALTHO. Chairs moves around VERY smoothly with ball bearing construction helping BTW I don't work for the Caster manufacturer nor do I get any compensation for suggesting to use the casters. Just want to protect my floor and not need one of those floor mats.
