The chair does not tilt back without keep a lot of pressure on it to do so. I cranked the knob under the chair all the way to full loosen and it still hard to lean back. Gonna try to exchange this thing as its not the same as the floor model.

I love this chair but the only thing I don’t like is I like to sit up high and this chair only goes up so high. I have to say I have not had this issue with any other chair I’ve had so I’m surprised as other chair do sit high and this one doesn’t. I did not return it as my husband doesn’t mind sitting lower.
