But this is 5 stars. I searched for the best possible chair to provide me lumbar support and coziness. This chair is excellent. Everyone says it's a "beautiful chair" - literally when they see it for the first time. I started with one but have since bought 3 - one for my office at work and 2 for the home office I use with my spouse. Love it! I recommend buying with one hour pickup then calling the store to have them assemble it. It will take longer but much smoother. I put my first one together (it was very easy) but felt like I didn't want to do it two more times so I had the 2nd and 3rd chair assembled. :-)

We absolutely LOVE our chair that we weren’t going in there to buy!!! We have a small lil spot in our bedroom with a desk the chair was a perfect fit.I’m even considering buying another on for my office @ school.I would recommend this chair to anyone. It was easy to assemble & makes our desk look more business like.

This is the most comfortable chair in the store IMHO but the upholstery is unevenly padded so the bolsters on the seat back were fatter on one side than on the other. I took it back and got one that was better but when I look closely at the seat I can see it is asymmetrical too. They need to do a better job getting everything evenly upholstered for the best comfort.
