It is comfortable rocks and very durable. The double fabric is also comfortable. There is no head rest really but overall it is a great standard chair for any length of work at a desk.

There is only one thing I wish I would have noticed before. That is I thought I didn't need lumbar support but I do. I usually sit up on the edge of my chair so I didn't think I needed it. It is a very well-made chair and I love the leather But without the lumbar I find that my shoulders lean forward and hunched over. Not good. But all else is great!

Who wants an office chair where you have to sit straight up the seat & back are somewhat comfortable but you have to sit straight up. Very uncomfortable. Says it tilts but it doesn't do anything meaningful.

The chair is ok...just doesn't fit me well..but I wanted the arm to flip up...so not many options. Not as comfortable slightly smaller than old...back of chair leans back a little too much. Can't find anything else..so I will use it.
