Tested out multiple chairs for comfort in the store. Chose this one because it had the arms that pulled back so I could get closer to my desk when needed. Chair is comfy and gives the right amount of support. I am 5'2 and many chairs seats are too deep for me to sit and also lean against the back. Height is great for me as well. Only issue is that it would be easier to have another persons help when assembling the chair. The instructions were very clear and the packaging was great. Getting the casters into the base was tricky. I placed it upside down on a rug and used a small hammer with the instruction book folded to protect the caster to get them into the holes. Couldn't do it just by hand. Directions said to hand tighten the screws before final full tightening. Not possible since the screw holes on the arms of the chair are recessed and can't be reached by hand once in the armrests. Not that bad to put together but a little tricky to do by yourself.

Pretty easy to assemble although there were a few issued with some things not lining up. Very comfortable and rolls easy. The backs stays straight up so you are not leaning backwards.

This is not an "Executive" chair despite the title. The backrest is the same height as a standard chair which means the "headrest" actually falls below my shoulder blades. Also while the chair does lock into the upright position it is not "tilt lock " as fully upright is the only position in which it locks. The seat padding is adequate. The position of the "headrest" pushes into my back meaning I am pushed forward in the seat. The material appears fine. 3/5 as a decent chair but not an Executive as it does not provide any back support from shoulder blades on upwards. A true executive chair provides support at least up to the shoulders preferably to the head area. IT does provide back and head support for my 8yo child.

It is comfortable rocks and very durable. The double fabric is also comfortable. There is no head rest really but overall it is a great standard chair for any length of work at a desk.
