The top screw on the right arm of the chair would not go in fully and I am unable to put the silver cap over it. It is secured and functions well but does not look good.

Nice chair. It is comfortable and the best part of it is the arms fold up and it can be slid in under desk top. I would recommend this chair.

Got this chair for a couple reasons number one was that it sit's low enough for me to get my legs under my desk. Alot of others don't which I learned the hard way after having to return one to another store. Also like the fold up arms so the chair doesn't stick out from under desk when not in use. Only problem is one arm sits about an inch higher than the other may be I have to take it off and reinstall it? Chair is very comfortable with enough padding and is attractive. I am very happy with the purchase was easy to put together rolls nicely seems well built and am sure it will last a long time. I would definitely recommend it and getting it on sale was a plus can't beat it for the price. Delivery was prompt. I am very happy with this chair. Thanks
