This chair is very comfy but the metal arm of the chair was deeply scratched. The scratch did not occur during shipping as it was covered by thick plastic. So I question quality control & inspection during the manufacturing process! Hopefully nothing else is wrong with the chair that has not revealed itself because it is a VERY comfortable chair!
