I am very pleased with the chair. It has a sharp appearance easy to adjust and appears very durable. I like armrests and they have an added feature of being able to be raised up for ease of sliding the chair into the desk well.

I am pleased with the purchase of this chair. The assembly instruction was easy to follow. However I did have to request a replacement for the back of the chair because the threaded hardware for receiving one of the bolts was too far recessed into the cushion making it impossible to lineup and bolt the chair arm to the back cushion. The process of getting a replacement cushion was handled satisfactory. With the replacement the chair went together smoothly. Better quality control could have prevented the extra step of getting a replacement. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.
