Bought this chair for my wife. She is very satisfied with it. Very comfortable and the adjustments are easy. Have not had this chair long enough to determine how the bonded leather surfaces will hold up. Did the assembly myself and took about an hour. Overall satisfied with the chair and its purchase

Must get the protection plan. For price it is what it is. With their protection plan it’s definitely worth having for casual use. 8+ hours on it a day; I’d recommend something else.

I've had the chair for three weeks and have been using it for about four hours per day. Very comfortable and provides excellent support. The back of the chair is much straighter up than most which I like. Bonus is the arm rests pick up so you can move closer to the desk. A very good value for the money.

That’s what my Staples Sorina Bonded Leather Chair says to me when I’m ready to work. After trying several chairs over the past few years I finally sat in the right one. Chair is beautiful and comfortable but was difficult for me to assemble by myself. Thus the 4-star rating. The castors were almost impossible to get in. And attaching the back and seat together was difficult. I have experience assembling things but it would have helped to have written instructions not just pictures. All the pieces were there and packaged in a fashion to assist greatly. The only tool needed an Allen wrench was supplied too.

I mostly use this chair for working on the computer. I also flip the arms up for playing guitar. As other reviewers have said the padding on the seat it a little thin. Apart from that the chair works well and seems to be good quality.
