Decent but not great

Overall this isn't a bad chair but it's not great. For it's normal price tag it's not worth the money there are higher quality chairs for the price point. This has a cheapo plastic base and arms that have poor quality paint finish to them. Assembly wasn't hard took about 15-20 mins but lineup of the holes was slightly off for the arms on the body with marred spots on the finish from shipping and indications the paint wouldn't last long in regular use. The seat bottom is comfortable for all day sitting but the back is not largely because it's not as tall as I expected and also curves back about 3-4 degrees at the top providing little support at the top of one's back if you're approaching 6'3" like I am. Wasn't a fan of the height of the arms found them too high for actively working at a PC desk while using a mouse and keyboard at optimal ergonomic height of a keyboard tray. Might work for some but not for me as a taller person I didn't like it and returned it.
Everything I wanted in an office chair. Only one I could find with retractable arms that allow me to slip chair under desk when not using. Also love the bonded leather and back and seat material inserts which prevents sweating in the warmer weather. Overall very happy with this comfortable chair and would definitely recommend it!
An office chair is one of those things I needed to sit in before buying. I shop online a lot as most of us do but for this purchase I went to a nearby Staples and sat in each of the office chairs. This Sorina chair was the most comfortable BY FAR. It felt like it was designed just for me. I also love that the arms are desk-high so it is very comfortable to rest my arm on while using a mouse. On top of that it looks great.
I wanted to share my experience with assembling the chair and I'm sorry to say it is quite a challenge. Despite my best efforts I found the assembly process to be quite frustrating. I'm planning to give it another shot later hoping that it comes together next time. If not I will be sending it back. As of now I can't say I'm a fan due to the difficulties I've encountered.
