It was off kilter and the bottom cloth piece was angled to the left. This is a manufacturers error. Anyway it did fit my back just right so after connecting support and not wanting any of the suggestions I decided to keep the chair. Hope it lasts!
Anything is an improvement considering that I was using an undersized hard wooden chair as my desk chair. The back of the chair is tall and cushioned but I need to use a pillow at the small of my back because there is a gap there. I can already tell the seat cushion won’t last long because it’s not padded enough. The best feature of this chair is that the arms flip up and out of the way. A lot of chairs don’t have that feature.
This chair is extremely comfortable. I am up and down a lot from my desk so I totally appreciate the "flip-up" arm rests that make a quick "up and out" or "in and down" simple.
