Only lasted 3 months before it began tearing at the seams (as pictured) from normal use. Very comfortable but unfortunately did not stand the test of time.
This chair appears to be well made and for me the flip-up arms were a definite plus. The screws that accompany it are color coded and numbered. My only issue is though there are pictures in the instruction booklet showing the steps i think that a few more written instructions would clarify the process especially around step 4. If you are assembling the chair without help I recommend attaching the armrest brackets to the seat first. Then you only have the back to lineup instead of both pieces at the same time. No problems otherwise.
Great cushion for Working from Home in front of the computer. The arms of the chair can be moved up and out of the way. There is good support and just enough adjustments for getting to a comfortable position.
