Picked this up to replace a worn out chair. Very comfortable with back support. Love the arm rests the raise up so the chair can be pushed in close to my desk.
Fit and Finish is 1st class. Chair is comfortable with a firm feeling. No squishy feeling. Like the arms that can pivot away from chair easily. Assemblage was easy but with trouble spots- except I used a real hex socket- the supplied allen wrench did not have enough torque to fully screw down the screws. One hang up was the wheels - I actually had to use a rubber mallet to get them on. Up and down is a breeze and the tilt back is fine with an adjustment. My back now has a firm support- No lumbar adjustment but it seems fine as it is. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because of some of the hangups with the assemblage- Some screws would not have been completely seated unless I did you a hex socket.
I bought this chair due to the corona virus and the need to work from home. I had a difficult time putting the rollers into the base of the chair and attaching the arm rest to the left side of the chair. The screws never screwed in correctly and the left arm rest is still a little unstable. I need the chair for work and I do not have time to return it so I guess I will keep it.
I took my time comparing chairs. For the price range I wanted to stay in I’m glad I decided on this one. I like the movable arms and how comfortable it is. Curbside went great and it wasn’t hard to assemble. Very satisfied.
- Great chair for comfort & style. - Easy to put together - Tilt Mechanism is quiet so it doesn't interrupt calls - The arms lifting adds to it's comfort allowing for easy manipulation to grab surrounding reference material. - seat isn't to long in depth so I am able to sit all the way back for lumbar support.
