This chair is so incredibly awesomely unbelievably amazingly nice. I have never sat on anything as incredible as this chair. The experience of sitting in this chair is about as close as you can get to total/absolute comfort and still have your clothes on.

I ordered this chair since my mother has the same one. It helped me with my back pain. Unfortunately the screw holes on one arm don't line up with the screw holes in the chair so I've been unable to complete the assembly. Would like to send it back or preferably just get sent a new left arm.
