Good chair/ bad description

I purchased the chair and just finished putting it together. No issues with the assembly and I got it on sale at a good price HOWEVER this review is for anyone buying it online site unseen - THE FEATURES LISTED ARE NOT ACCURATE. I went by the store and sampled the chairs before I bought this thru the website so I'm perfectly happy with what I got but when I came home and read the description online I was floored. In short if you look at the feature list the following are not true - Lumbar support is not adjustable. There is NO headrest. Not sure what "multitilter" is exactly but this chair either tilts or doesn't no multi about it. The seat does NOT glide. The arms are technically adjustable but they are up or down you can't adjust the height.

There is no head support. I am 5' 10" and the seatback does not even reach my neck. Not easy to put together.
