Very easy to assemble. The seat cushion and neck portion are very comfortable for sitting extended periods of time. It rocks back and forth which is another comfortable feature.

This is well worth the money. Very comfortable and well made material. Love the retractable arms to provide more room.

im ~240lbs. after a week of use it feels solid and stable; rolling around and leaning back etc. the vertical arm rests are a key reason why i chose this model. they lift a bit on the stiff side but better than too loose. bonded leather feels good & durable. solid support for long study sessions at my desk (literally most of my neck/shoulder pain has departed)! assembly & instructions were easy 30min with unboxing. the plastic wheels i replaced immediately with my old rubberized ones for hardwood but thats pretty standard issue. all in all it's a great chair and im grateful to have it! Nice chair. Good back support and high enough for long legs.

Bought this chair for a lawyers office thought the style and color was perfect for the atmosphere I wanted to present to clients. It glides smoothly. I put this chair together by myself. A little challenging for one person but it can be done. I think the arms could be a little lower for me.

Tested out multiple chairs for comfort in the store. Chose this one because it had the arms that pulled back so I could get closer to my desk when needed. Chair is comfy and gives the right amount of support. I am 5'2 and many chairs seats are too deep for me to sit and also lean against the back. Height is great for me as well. Only issue is that it would be easier to have another persons help when assembling the chair. The instructions were very clear and the packaging was great. Getting the casters into the base was tricky. I placed it upside down on a rug and used a small hammer with the instruction book folded to protect the caster to get them into the holes. Couldn't do it just by hand. Directions said to hand tighten the screws before final full tightening. Not possible since the screw holes on the arms of the chair are recessed and can't be reached by hand once in the armrests. Not that bad to put together but a little tricky to do by yourself.
