I was in desperate need of a new office chair being a full-time telecommuter and after sitting in just about every chair that was in the store I happened upon this one. I love the lumbar support and how it perfectly fits my upper body and "cradles" my frame. The casters roll effortlessly and quietly.
I'm glad I purchased a warranty on the chair but wished I had purchased the Assurian warranty for the full cost of the chair. I can't replace the chair for the final cost of what I paid since I got numerous discounts PLUS the 50% off sale that was going on for a while.
The "hydraulic" stopped working properly. I started noticing that over the course of a few days the chair slowly got lower and lower. Then I would have to use the lever to raise the chair back up again.
I have a second office chair that I paid several hundred dollars for and that chair can be set at a higher level and after two years.
So, now the question is what chair does Staples sell that will be ergonomic, comfortable, and not be much more than what the Assurian insurance paid me to replace my cost?
