But this is 5 stars. I searched for the best possible chair to provide me lumbar support and coziness. This chair is excellent. Everyone says it's a "beautiful chair" - literally when they see it for the first time. I started with one but have since bought 3 - one for my office at work and 2 for the home office I use with my spouse. Love it! I recommend buying with one hour pickup then calling the store to have them assemble it. It will take longer but much smoother. I put my first one together (it was very easy) but felt like I didn't want to do it two more times so I had the 2nd and 3rd chair assembled. :-)

I’m not a very large person in the least - probably medium in stature - and this is such and uncomfortable chair. Mine had screws in the seat that dug into my backside which is quite unlike the one in store. It was also quite warm while sitting in it.
