it makes lost of squeaks and creaking noises and after about a month the seat cushion was useless like sitting on particle board. the caps to cover the screw holes fall out all the time.

The chair is as I expected but the instruction booklet has an error. On page 5 the Tilt Tension is incorrect. To make it stiffer you twist the knob CLOCKWISE. To make it looser you twist the knob COUNTER CLOCKWISE. The booklet says just the opposit and it is wrong.
