I am replacing a desk chair that is practically new but just not comfortable for my new work from home situation. It looked cool but was not suitable for 8-10 hours a day. This chair on the other hand meets the requirements. It feels great for my back and I am able to work without the pain distraction. Very happy with this purchase and it was easy to assemble. Packaging and directions were great.

we are actually truing to return it this week we bought it for a student that works online about 5 hours a day it was rated for that time but just not comfortable at all. pay a little extra and get the next grade up.

Super Comfortable! Very nice chair. The only downsides to this chair is that it doesn't rock very far back or forward (could be operator error) and the arms are not adjustable up and down.
