Comfortable chair. Purchased due to shoulder surgery necessitating a chair with foldable arms. It performed well as far as my shoulder is concerned but I wish it had a lockable recline position. Without this the recline feature is not very user friendly.
This chair is not very comfortable for all day use. The chair only adjusts up and down no seat or back adjustments available and the seat tends to tip forward putting strain on the low back. I've since donated it and am back to using my old chair fortunately it was on sale and I didn't pay too much for it As a side note it came with a whiteish smear across the front top as though it had rubbed against something and worn off the vinyl -not very attractive
I thought I would be very happy with this chair but after a couple of weeks I just did not feel like it was giving me good firm back and body support. It even feels like it is slightly un-level and that this could cause back issues. Buyer Beware! I was assuming there would be 30 day return policy but it is only 14 days. Looks like it will take up space in my garage for awhile. I went back to my 25-year old chair that has some squeaking but it feels much better overall.
I had to return this chair immediately since the bolt holes on left side of the chair were misaligned. As a result the seat and chair back were not straight and the chair was crooked and not usable. The screw holes to attached the base to the bottom of the seat were misaligned as well I could only secure (3) screws into place. For what it's worth I bought the assembled chair and box into my nearest Staples and they processed a return with almost no questions asked. So at least that was easy.
