The chair was affordable with the sale and very comfortable to sit in. I had gotten it as a present for my mother and she was very pleased. The instructions were a bit confusing without top and bottom labels for the pedal and the only thing holding the back and bottom together are the arms at the side. We haven't had it for long but it seems sturdy and the leather is very nice and padded.

The Hydraulic holding the seat up did not last 8 months. After 8 months it stated to droop slowly and now 2 months after that drops as soon as I sit on it.

I took back a representative "recommended" chair that I had bought because she said that it was "so wonderful" and I then I bought this chair and took this chair home! What a great decision! I even woke up this morning thinking about how good my chair is for me! The other chair would throw me out because I am short - I had to sit on the edge! Even my friend told me that was an awful chair and she loves this chair!! I would recommend this chair to anyone because it is comfortable for hours....sometimes I sit for long periods of time and also it looks good! It doesn't take up too much space and it fits into the décor of an office or for me...my home office. I love my chair - great chair - and I tried many ...many ….many chairs and this was the best!!
