Purchased for it's comfort BUT.... I had it assembled by STAPLES. Not sure if it's a design flaw but apparently the screws to hold the arms are easily stripped. I noticed the left arm was loose so I tried to tighten it. I found every screw was stripped. I returned it and decided to purchase a different chair.

I have back pain and this chair provides the proper amount of support. The more expensive chairs were too cushy and leaned back too far. This chair keeps my back straight and my back pain has improved even when not using the chair.
