I haven't gotten a chance to sit in it for an entire workday yet but the time I have spent sitting it it has been very comfortable and easy on my back. It was pretty easy to put together and seems like it will last me a long time.

Great chair at a very reasonable price. Broad supportive base with plenty of padding. Back offers decent lumbar support. Folding arms are a nice feature that can be raised if needed for your specific desk. So comfortable I rode out a 7.1 earthquake in CA and never moved out of my chair!

This is the most comfortable chair in the store IMHO but the upholstery is unevenly padded so the bolsters on the seat back were fatter on one side than on the other. I took it back and got one that was better but when I look closely at the seat I can see it is asymmetrical too. They need to do a better job getting everything evenly upholstered for the best comfort.
