Lovely to look at comfortable but it doesn't allow you to lean back and adjust the back as much as I'd like. But for straight up comfort it's good.

The directions were pretty straight forward. The chair seems quite sturdy and well constructed. Comfortable chair. I would recommend this chair. The quality and price were both pretty equal and major factors which ensured our decision to purchase this chair.

Staples clearly labels this as a 3 - 5 hour chair and it is noticeable when you sit in the seat as the cushioning bottoms out. Paint had some flaws in it and one of the inserts had damaged threads that prevented the screw from engaging more than two threads. I had to buy a tap and clean out the threads in order to complete the assembly of the chair. Tilt adjustment is negligible. I like the foldup arms as they allow the chair to be pushed closer to the desk. I would not recommend the chair to anyone intending to use it for a full day of office work.

Would like to start with the chair itself is awesome. Easy to read instructions and even easier assembly. Took me only 30 mins to put it together. The chair is very comfortable and allows for easy entry and exit of the chair. The part I felt I was mislead was when I went to the store to buy the chair. I was told they were in stock but come to find out they were out. So I’m then asked to place the order for home delivery in-store and was told it would be available for next day delivery. It wasn’t till I checked out that I realized i was charged an extra $10 over advertised price. The worst part is the order was placed on Thursday was told on the email confirmation that I would receive it Monday. Then to be told it would not arrive till Tuesday. This whole interaction left me feeling mislead in multiple occasions. I’m leaving 3 stars because the chair was truly great. Just not satisfied with my interactions to get it.
