Bought this office chair to replace another one that was quite hard and the armrests got damaged every time I rolled the chair closer to my desk. This chair has moveable arms that raise so I don't run into that problem! LOVE it. Just have to remember that they are up when I go to reach for something so as to not...fall over! I would definitely recommend this chair to others; and the purchase process was so easy!
