I would give this chair 5 stars if it weren’t for the installation process. Talk about frustrating! Main concern is the manufacturer appeared to have put loctite on the bolts at the assembly plant. The issue with that however is that the loctite dried before even being ready to be used causing the bolts to be EXTREMELY difficult to install. My advice for the manufacturer is to include the loctite separately so the installer can use it properly.

Returned this chair. I'm 5'3" and needed the seat an inch lower for my feet to comfortably rest on the floor and the arms were too high such that i was always in a shrug position.

When I assembled the chair I had to place the back and seat on the floor. Then once the chair was assembled I noticed a tear in the backside of the chair’s back. The material that was used in the construction of the chair is so thin it tore. Love the comfort of the chair but not impressed with the lack of quality construction.

We found this chair while shopping at Staples and absolutely LOVE IT! It's easy to put together it looks good and it's very comfortable. Worth every penny (we got it on sale!!).

I got it on sale for $128 which is a great value. The soft seat and back middle is soft and very comfortable and the edges are synth leather which makes it easy to clean.
