I bought this chair after testing multiple out in the store. I've been using it for approximately 3 weeks now and it's not anywhere near as comfortable as the store display was which to me is odd considering how many butts sit in the store models. The moveable arm rests are the best part because I can get my chair right under my desk after I'm done working. The back is comfortable. The chair pad itself is not unless I unknowingly received a refurbed or returned chair (although I bought it in store not online). I can feel the metal in the middle of my butt after I've been sitting about 15 minutes. Makes for an uncomfortable work day and disappointed I have to buy a cushion when the chair is only 3 weeks used.

As an older and shorter person the size and depth of the chair is very important. This is a very comfy chair moves easily and was a great value. The padding in the arms is really good with metal at the ends for strength and wearability. There is nothing that I dislike about this chair.
